Giants Causeway Tour

•    6:30am Pick up for the giants causeway tour from The Old Stone Church at Suffolk Street.
•    Our first stop of the day is the Dark hedges, two rows of intertwining Beech trees create a beautiful spectacle over a stretch of rural road. The trees were planted by the Stuart family in the 18th century and featured in the game of Thrones as the Kings road.

•    10:30 Cross the Carrick-a-reded ropebridge for fantastic ocean views. The ropebridge was originally built by Salmon fishermen and spans 20 meters over a 30 meter casm. It is now a tourist attraction and is operated by the national trust

•    12:00 Visit the highlight of the tour The Giants causeway. This was formed over 30 million years ago during volcanic activity. The Giants causeway is made up of over 40,000 interlocking bassalt columns
•    14:30pm Visit Dunluce Castle ( photo stop ) where the McDonnell Clan ruled from. this was another well known attraction used in the Game of thrones tv series.
•    16:00pm Take an hour and a half to explore Belfast City. If you wish to do the Black taxi tour let your guide know before the tour and he will arrange this for you
•    19:30pm Your Giants causeway tour ends here as you arrive back to Dublin to reminisce about your fun packed day !
